By booking with Hidden Gem Beauty and Wellness, you are agreeing to our 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, revise, or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

A credit card is required to book an appointment and will be charged 50% of the service in the event of a No-show or a last minute change/cancellation.
